Welcome to Memon Jewellers. By placing an order on memonjewellers.com, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. Product Presentation

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, finishing, or detailing may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

2. Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving it.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • To return, simply hand over the parcel to your delivery partner and they will send it back to us.
  • Delivery charges of PKR 300 apply for voluntary exchanges (design or size change).

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Memon Jewellers will arrange a replacement after verification. Return via your delivery partner and once received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.

3. Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased during promotional campaigns, sales, or stock clearance may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.

4. Order Modifications

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After processing begins, changes may not be possible as orders move quickly into packaging and dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate address details including:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • House number
  • Street
  • Area
  • Nearest landmark

Incomplete addresses may result in delays or cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions are the exclusive property of Memon Jewellers and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Memon Jewellers is not liable for courier delays, force majeure events, or minor design variations due to photography. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
