We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different design, size, or product variation, a delivery fee of PKR 300 will apply. We strongly recommend reviewing the product before placing your order to ensure the best selection.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Memon Jewellers will arrange a replacement after verification. Simply hand over the parcel to your delivery partner and they will send it back to us. Once received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene standards, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with the policy above.
Items purchased during promotional sales, discount campaigns, or stock clearance events are not eligible for exchange or refund unless received damaged or defective.
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and may no longer be changed.
Customers must provide complete and accurate address details including house number, street, area, and nearest landmark. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or cancelled.
